Often, difficulties arise when components of the business system do not work efficiently and effectively with one another. My consultation services operate by going inside of the business system to diagnose and change it. Utilizing a detailed interview process, I generate a thorough report to the leadership team which assesses the functioning of the business and offers a systematic plan for implementation. During the implementation stage, I work with the leaders and staff to modify the operating structure. Finally, during the evaluation stage, I evaluate the progress of the implementation, and offer further strategies for future growth.

Oftentimes, we have limited to no awareness of the unspoken signals that go with the verbal content of our interpersonal interactions. Process often determines whether a team is interacting harmoniously or degenerating into mistrust, discord, and triangulation.
